I’m Melissa Minuti, a REALTOR® with Epique Realty, real estate investor, and former mechanical engineer based in Columbia, Mississippi. Originally from New Hampshire, I grew up around real estate and have been involved with investment properties since 2003—from family rentals to renovations and finding new possibilities in overlooked properties.

Helping people is what I enjoy most about this work. Whether you’re buying your first home, preparing to sell, relocating, or considering an investment, my goal is to make the process feel clearer and more manageable. You should feel comfortable asking questions and understand the options in front of you.

My experience includes fix-and-flips, long-term rentals, short-term rentals, and commercial properties. My engineering background shapes my approach: I look closely at the details, work through challenges, and help turn big goals into practical next steps. As an investor myself, I understand the importance of balancing potential with the numbers, timing, and work involved.

I serve Columbia, the greater Hattiesburg area, and surrounding Mississippi communities, with additional focus on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. I especially enjoy working with clients who see possibilities in a home, a business location, or a property ready for a new chapter.

Outside of real estate, animal rescue is close to my heart. Helping others and making a meaningful difference are at the center of both my life and my business.
